Councilmembers Present: Don Vanney, Debora Nelson, Marilyn Oertle, Michele Blythe, and
Yvonne Gallardo-Van Ornam.
Councilmembers Absent: Heather Logan and Jan Schuette, excused.
Planning Commission Members Present: Melissa Johnson and Gayle Roeber.
Planning Commission Members Absent: Mike Thomas.
Parks, Arts, and Recreation Commission Members Present: Judy Castanares,
Brittany Kleinman, Leisha Nobach, Steve Maisch and Christine Dietz.
Parks, Arts, and Recreation Commission Members Absent: Rick Sloan and
Jennifer Harrington.
Staff Present: Mayor Barb Tolbert, Paul Ellis, Sarah Lopez, Marc Hayes, Amy Rusko,
Ameresia Lawlis, Raelynn Jones, Bryan Terry, City Attorney Steve Peiffle, and Wendy
Van Der Meersche.
Also Known to be Present: Kathy Vanney, Holly Sloan -Buchanan, Greg Miller, Ken Dilbeck,
and Andy Rasmussen.
Mayor Barb Tolbert called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm, and the Pledge of Allegiance and
roll call followed.
DISCUSSION_ ITEMS - NO FINAL ACTION WAS TAKEN
Community and Economic Development Director Marc Hayes introduced Andy Rasmussen,
from Fora Landscape Architects. With the use of a PowerPoint, Mr. Rasmussen reviewed
Phasel and Phase 2 installation costs and showed the site plan and renderings.
ADJOURNMENT
The joint meeting was adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
