20.40 - Permissible Uses, Table 20.40-1 use 1.415.
2. Please submit a Zoning Permit Application. A revised Submittal Requirements Checklist has been

Per RCW 70.128.010 (see link below) adult family homes are categorized as residential homes and
therefore the conversion of this home into an adult family home is still categorized as a
residential home and not commercial use.
Also, per RCW 70.128.140 “An adult family home must be considered a residential use of property
for zoning and public and private utility rate purposesâ€. See link below.
Please advise if we still need to complete the change of use document.
