Olympic Ave. June 25, 2024 Dear Kevin Olander, We are proposing to install an exhaust fan (50 CFM or higher) in each of the smaller spaces described below. We also are also proposing a 4” diameter passive outside air intake for each of these two smaller spaces. Proposed Suites 207 and 208 will each have two existing single hung windows that will provide outside air flow. The office space next to Suite 205 and the existing hallway is, and will be, connected to 205 without a door since our existing tenant, Metron, wants to retain that space. The space next to Suite 211 and the existing hallway maybe divided from our proposed Suite 208 but we are not sure of this. I hope this is sufficient information for you. If not, it probably will be the easiest if I call you after your response. Thanks, Ben Thomas For Triple T Building LLC ! "#$%&'(#%)#*+ ,- .!
