RE: Harmony at Arlington PWD3985—Substantial Completion Letter
Dear Saeed,
The above referenced project was considered Substantially Complete on Thursday,June 11, 2026,with installation of
all roadways,water, sewer and drainage infrastructure and Phase 1 landscaping required as part of the referenced Civil
Permit.There are a few remaining water utility punch list items to be addressed during building construction, and the
final as-builts are under review.As soon as you have completed all items on the punch list a final inspection will be
performed.
Water Punch list items:
• Water services out front will need to be adjusted at time of connection as discussed
• We will also need to see final connection of tail piece to service line when plumber connects them. Remember
NO SHARK BITES fittings.
• BYK will also need to provide the adaptor if the 5/8 meter is going to meet fire flow requirements.
Performance bonds for the completed items can be exchanged for warranty bonds according to city
procedures/processes. Please reach out to Community and Economic Development to complete this process.
