installation,attached hereto and made a part of this document.
The Grantor represents and warrants that:
• all of the expenses in connection with construction and installation of said pipe line and appurtenances
have been full paid and the same is free from liens and debts; and
• said line and appurtenances were constructed and installed in accordance with City standards and
specifications.
The Grantor agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless from:
• any lawful claims of any party for labor or materials arising out of construction and installation of said
line and appurtenances; and
• from any and all claims for damages arising from defective materials or workmanship for a period of two
years from the date of maintenance bond acceptance by the City.
