Hi Thad,
Attached please find a copy of landscape phasing for the bond as well as price breakdown. We
plan to complete phase I for final plat and bond for Phase 11 until final completion of the
buildings. The hydroseed/trail/fence on tract A will be completed by mid-April. The hydroseed
normally grows in spring/summer. we have not planned to install irrigation in that area since
there is no city owned water meter in tract A.
We have also decided to complete both lifts of paving at final plat. Can you please confirm
what bonding amount will be needed along with the necessary forms. Also, let us know if
there are any other bonding requirements and amounts.
