zoom call this week to get update on your schedule and pricing for early grading, if you are

Hello Adele,
There is not a way to look it up online unfortunately.There is a way to look up the permit
number online, but the permissions are so locked down,that you cannot see anything other
than the permit number and the submittal date. I am always happy to help with the inquiry.This
application is still under review. I am waiting on public works to complete their reviews, and
then I will send out a review comment form.
Thad let me know that Merle just inquired about the early grading permit for Harmony as
well.Ameresia sent Tyler a preconstruction letter last August when I was on maternity leave
regarding this project. It is ready to go pending some preconstruction items. Her letter
mentioned bonding, material submittals,special testing. at is inaccurate.All we need is the
contractor information (License number, 24-hour emergency contact information, proof of City
of Arlington endorsement on UBI, proof of insurance with the City of Arlington as additional
insured), CESCL certificate, and copy of your Department of Ecology Construction Stormwater
General Permit. Once that information is received,we can schedule a job start meeting to
release the permit and approved plans for the early grading.
