Harmony has completed the civil permit items with the exception of the landscaping that is
going to be bonded. I'm not sure if water has signed off on everything.

I just wanted to let you know that last Friday May 1 st,2026. Charlie Berberich did the
final walkthrough sewer inspection for us. He signed off and he says all items have been
completed. I did go into Iworgs and added an inspection.This is for the Harmony at
Arlington project.

Below is the list we talked about today.Aso included is the list of items to be bonded. Let me know if
there are any questions or if any of the items are on the wrong list.
Punch List:
1. Complete concrete sidewalks
2. ADA sidewalk ramps on the new public roadway need attention.
A.Add a raised curb between the two truncated domes(See Photo 2)
B. Fill in the gap between the curb and the truncated domes so that the domes extend from
curb to curb. (See Photos 1 and 3)
3. Complete sidewalk between 204th and the development
4. Construct retaining wall between the sidewalk and Bartels
5. Complete infiltration trenches on the east and west sides of the new public road and the
interior of the development
6. Complete drainage strip between the sidewalk and roadway along the Starbucks property
7. Complete bark path on the north end of the development
8. Contact Public Works for Water and Sewer Punch Lists

Kristin/Hannah,
Not sure who is handling the Harmony project,so I'm sending it to both of you. Below are two lists.
The first is the list of items that they want to bond to get the plat recorded.The second it the list of
items that they are planning to complete prior to plat. If there are items on the punch list that they
want to bond, let me know.
Harmony Plat Items to be bonded
• Landscaping
• Wood chip walking path on the north side of the development
• Pavement Marking/Signing
• Street Lighting
Harmony Punch List
• Complete paving
• Complete sidewalk construction&pedestrian ramps
• Contact public works for a water/sewer punch list
