I talked with Steve Goforth with North County Fire today and he was good with the fire
08/14/2025 access, drive aisle widths and hydrant coverage. Units to be sprinkled. Saved stamped plan in
Staff Review folder.

08/26/2025 PERMIT CONDITIONS:
Material submittal must be reviewed and approved prior to pre-construction meeting.
Pre-construction meeting required prior to utility installation.
Adjust fire hydrant alignment adjacent to Lot 7 to maintain 5' setback from lot line.
Buildings over 30'require DCVA on water service per City of Arlington Design and
Construction Standards 4-1.26.
Manhole pad per detail SS-070 required in planter area for existing SSMH.
Plans have been reviewed by public works water and sewer groups for compliance with city
standards. Field changes are allowed for alignment issues or as field conditions warrant and to
meet RCW/WAC requirement for municipal water systems.
Provide compacted drivable surface a minimum of 10' wide over watermain in Tract A.
Prior to landscape installation,provide a revised landscape plan for review and approval based
on amended preliminary approved subdivision with 61 units.
Watermain extension under creek to be completed prior to receiving Certificate of Occupancy
for buildings assuming all necessary permits for extension are obtained prior to August 30,
2026.
