The City of Arlington has inspected and approved the improvements for the Harmony at Arlington
project located at 7417 204th St Ne,Arlington,WA 98223.
Please present this letter to your financial institution as authorization to release the funds of
Performance Bond#101597294,in its entirety.
The maintenance bond is now in effect as of the date of this letter and will remain in place for two
years.We will reach out prior to the two-year anniversary date with any remaining punch list items
and release the maintenance bond once all items have been inspected and approved.
