The plan does extend through the Olympic Ave NE leg.The plan set also identifies jumper work at Hub H3015 on 77th Ave NE.
The specific construction activity requiring traffic control is accessing the hub and installing the jumper.Therefore,the TCP
reflects the actual location where crews will be working within the right-of-way.
