See below. The traffic control plan for the 67th/204th intersection shows a 2 lane north/south roadway, and a 3 lane east/west roadway.The north/south roadway(67th) is s 3 lane roadway, not a 2. In addition,the traffic control plan for that intersection shows a single lane flagged closure at that intersection, requiring traffic control of a signalized intersection. Per the MUTCD,flagging of a signalized intersection requires a uniformed police officer. Provide a traffic control plan that matches the lane configuration of the intersection. Work Hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday (no work on Sundays or City Recognized Holidays). Checklists are not available on Saturday or Sunday. Non-motorized traffic control must be provided if any part of the work impacts existing non-motorized facilities. Non-motorized traffic control measures shall provide a level of accessibility that are, at minimum, equal to the existing conditions of the site.
