It is unlawful to use or occupy a building or structure until a final inspection has been made and approval or a Certificate of Occupancy has been granted. This permit authorizes only the work noted and covers work to be done on private property only. The property owner shall ensure that the construction project complies with all applicable zoning codes and regulations. The property owner shall also ensure that the construction project does not cause any adverse impact on the surrounding environment or community.
