The City of Arlington has issued a Notice of Application for the Quail Ridge Tract 999 Re-Plat
Preliminary Short Plat-Zoning Permit.
The applicant is proposing a preliminary short (minor) plat to divide the existing 13.08 acre Tract
999 into two single-family residential lots,while the remaining portions of Tract 99 will be reserved
for future development as depicted on the previously recorded subdivision under
AFN200608045350. The two residential lots are proposed as infill development within the existing
subdivision and will take access from 196th Place NE.

www.arlingtonwa.gov under public notices or at the Community and Economic Development
Department,located at 18204 59th Avenue NE,Arlington,WA 98223.
Notice of Application Public Comment Period: Any person may comment on this application by
writing to the mailing or email address below. Comments on this application must be received by
5:00 PM on Friday.September 12, 2025.
