RE: Preliminary Minor Plat-PLN #1308- Request to Place Permit on Hold
The city received a request March 16,2026 for Quail Ridge Tract 999 Re-Plat-PLN#1308 be placed on HOLD.
The request is due to the time needed for additional time to evaluate concerns regarding critical areas and
septic approval.
The city does not have code language that allows or prohibits the granting of a request to place a project on
hold.The city will grant the request to place the above-mentioned permit on hold for a maximum of 180 days,
which is September 12, 2026. By this date the Owner or Applicant of the project is required to submit the
outstanding items listed in the city's review comment sheet or provide documentation showing the timeline
of due diligence in obtaining the required easements and/or court date scheduled for the adverse possession
claim. If there has been no active engagement to resolve these issues then the project will be expired on
September 12,2026.
When the outstanding items have been submitted the review timeline will continue.
