Dear Mr. McDuffy,
This letter provides a 30-day extension for your project resubmittal timeframe.You will need to re-submit the
requested information from the February 19, 2025 Notice of Incomplete Application letter,no later than May
21,2025.
The City is granting this extension per AMC 20.16.240, due to the project requiring additional time to have
consultants complete the required documents and applicant's staff being out on vacation.
