Dear Mr. McDuffy,
This letter provides a 60-day extension for your project resubmittal timeframe.You will need to re-submit the
requested information and documents from the August 26,2025 Review Comments and public comments,no
later than December 26.2025.
The City is granting this extension per AMC 20.16.240,with no reasons provided by the applicant,but assumes
that more time is required to meet the recommendations of Snohomish County Health Department and the
required Archaeological Survey requested by the Stillaguamish Tribe.
