Dear Amy:
This letter is in response to your Public Comments Received email.You will find our responses to the comments in
italics below.
1. Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians—Requested an Archaeological Survey for the site. As this is not required by City
Code,however, we have requested RFPs for an Archaeological Survey-Cultural Resource Assessment to be
done. We would like to request,if required that the survey be completed prior to time of ground
disturbance and not be a condition for Preliminary Approval.
2. Snohomish County Health Department—Stated that the subdivision would not meet the minimum
requirements and that they sent denial letters of the septic application on July 23,2025 to the applicant.
Septic designer has revised drain field designs for approval,and his preliminary designs are included.
3. Ed and Lynn Stone—Do not have any concerns regarding the two single family residents.They are concerned
with the larger East Hill Subarea Plan. Thank you.
We have also included a revised preliminary grading and drainage map,along with a JARPA letter.
We have also included the revised preliminary plat map for your review. This map addresses the revised
drainfield locations.
