Requirement for Archeological Survey
It is our opinion that there is no code requirement in the City of Arlington to support this request.
The property in question was previously disturbed during the original construction of the Plat of Quail
Ridge.
Although it is not a code requirement, I am willing to put a note on the Final map stating, "In the event any
artifacts are discovered, work will be temporarily suspended at the location of discovery and the
appropriate parties notified. "
