Hello Ameresia,
Thank you for the follow-up review.
To address the parking design specifications under AMC 20.72:
1. Dimensions: I have updated our site plan to show that each of the designated
parking spaces measures 9 feet wide by 19 feet long, matching the
dimensional requirements of AMC 20.72.030(a).
2. Surface Material: I confirm that all proposed parking spaces are located
entirely on the existing, fully graded, and paved asphalt driveway turnaround
area, in compliance with AMC 20.72.060(a). No new grading or paving is
required.
I have attached the updated Parking Plan showing these dimensions and notes,
along with the previously approved Floor Plan showing the phased 6-bedroom
layout.
Please let me know if these details fully clear the remaining items so we can finalize
the zoning permit.
