1. AL Site Plan AMC 20.72: 3 spaces for every six beds within the home or 7/14/2026
facility
Show proposed parking stall locations.
2. AMC 20.72.060(a)All parking areas shall be graded and
surfaced with asphalt, concrete or other material that will
provide equivalent protection against potholes, erosion,
and dust. Specifications for surfaces meeting the standard
set forth in this subsection are contained in the Public
Works Construction Standards and Specifications.
AMC 20.72.030(a)each parking space shall contain a
rectangular area at least nineteen feet long and nine feet
wide.
Please provide dimensions and confirm parking surface
proposed.
3. AL Floor Plan/ The floor plan shows(3)beds,however the narrative states 7/14/2026
Narrative (6),please update one or the other.
4. AL FYI A deferred submittal request and fire sprinkler permits are N/A
not required at time of land use.Please ensure to submit
them with the building permit,as necessary.
5. AL There may be additional comments on the next submittal
due to the extent of necessary revisions.
6. AL Per AMC 20.16.240 an applicant has 60 days to submit the
requested information. The resubmittal deadline is
September 14,2026.When you are ready to submit,
please send all documents to ced@arlingtonwa.gov for
prompt processing.
7. AL Per AMC 20.16.270(d),if the applicant informs the city,in
writing,that the applicant would like to temporarily
suspend the review of the project for more than 60 days,or
if an applicant is nonresponsive for more than 60
consecutive days after the city has notified the applicant,
an additional 30 days may be added to the time periods for

additional information is required to further process the
application must include a notice that nonresponsiveness
