Hello Ameresia,
Thank you for issuing the Notice of Complete Application for our residential zoning
review track (PLN#1429). Per your review comments issued on July 8, 2026, 1 have
updated our layout drawings to completely align our project narrative metrics with our
physical drawings:
• Parking Stall Configuration (AMC 20.72): 1 have attached an updated Site
Plan (parking plan.pdf) that explicitly outlines and labels three separate side-by-
side stalls dedicated to AFH parking, alongside an additional standalone space
to avoid any tandem layout issues.
• Bed Count & Phasing Alignment: I have attached an updated Floor Plan
drawing (Floor_Plan_Portrait.pdf) that numbers the layout from 1 through 6. The
legend clarifies that Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 reflect our active Phase 1 footprint,
while Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 are clearly marked as proposed future Phase 2
developments. This visually matches our total requested 6-bed operational
capacity.
Please let me know if these finalized drawings successfully satisfy the outstanding
land-use correction items so our file can move forward to a final zoning decision.
