For a secure hold, pre-drill holes in the polyboard, avoid overtightening screws, and ensure the surface is clean of dust. Step-by-Step Installation Instructions • Preparation: Clean the metal fascia thoroughly with a lint-free cloth and, if necessary, a degreaser. • Positioning: Determine the ideal placement for the sign and use a level to ensure it is straight. • Mounting - Screws: • Mark the hole positions on the sign. • Pre-drill holes slightly smaller than the screws to be used. • Use self-tapping screws with a drill/driver to attach the sign, taking care not to overtighten and crush the polyboard. • Mounting - Adhesive: • Apply strong, exterior-grade double-sided tape or Velcro to the back of the sign. • Press the sign firmly against the metal surface. • Finishing: Ensure all screws are snug and the sign is securely fastened.
