Review Team:
The applicant proposes to construct a 26,845 sf Health Care Facility complete with 61 beds and 71
parking stalls in the Business Park Zone.
Site Description:
The site is a lease area of the Arlington Airport located at the intersection of 43rd Ave NE and Airport
Blvd directly adjacent to the Arlington Airport and North County Fire District#48.The site is currently
maintained lawn. Access to the site shall be provided by 43rd Ave NE. Frontage improvements are
proposed along Airport Blvd, and 43rd Ave NE.
The surrounding area to the north, west, and south is a mix of commercial and residential land uses; the
Arlington Airport dominates the immediate vicinity to the east.
The Health Care Facility shall be serviced by the City of Arlington Water&Sewer.
Zoning:
The area of the site is BP-Business Park with a comprehensive plan of Cascade Industrial Center. A
Health Care Facility is a permitted use within the BP zoning.
