That portion of the Arlington Airport Property, being in the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter and the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 31 North,
Range 5 East of the Willamette Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the Center quarter corner of said Section 21;
thence North 870 48' 25" West, along the South line of said Southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 21, a distance of 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence Northerly, along a curve to the right, which center bears South 88' 21' 43" East,
having a radius of 330.00 feet, through a central angle of 36°28'56", an arc distance of
210.12 feet; thence North 38' 07' 14" East, a distance of 91.29 feet to a point on the
Southwesterly margin of Airport Boulevard; thence North 51° 52' 46" West, along said
Southwesterly margin, a distance of 186.77 feet to the Northeast corner of Arlington Fire
Department Station No. 48 lease tract; thence South 38' 05' 13" West, along the East line
of said lease tract, a distance of 291.32 feet to the Southeast corner of said lease tract;
thence North 510 52' 46" West, along the South line of said lease tract, a distance of 315.00
feet to the Southwest corner of said lease tract; thence continuing North 510 52' 46" West a
distance of 137.04 feet; thence Southerly, along a curve to the right, which center bears
North 470 32' 48" West, having a radius of 580.00 feet, through a central angle of
29056'02", an arc distance of 303.02 feet; thence South 20 08' 31" West a distance of
38.72 feet to a point 200.00 feet North of the said south line of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter; thence South 87' 48' 25" East, parallel with said South line of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter, a distance of 424.50 feet; thence South 21°
23' 21" East a distance of 218.22 feet to a point on said South line; thence South 870 48'
25" East, along said South line, a distance of 306.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
