1. AL Site Due to the need for parking to be located in front of the Screening wall has been added to plan set
Plan/Design structure,a screening wall at least 2" feet high made of
durable and attractive material shall be provided.Please
update plans and provide materials for this.
2. AL Clarification Some documents state halfway house,some say medical All Documents now call out"health care facility"
facility and some say both.Please update all documents
for consistency.
Health Care Facility
• An institution providing health care services.
This can include hospital or other licensed
inpatient center;an ambulatory surgical or
treatment center;a skilled nursing center;a
diagnostic,laboratory,or imaging center;and a
rehabilitation or other therapeutic health setting.
Halfway houses are not permissible in this zone.
3. AL SEPA This proposal is located within the Cascade Industrial CIC Modified SEPA Checklist added to
Checklist Center,please provide the CIC Modified SEPA Checklist submittal

an additional 30 days may be added to the time periods for
the city to issue a final decision for each type of permit
that is subject to this chapter.
