Dear Scott,
This letter will serve as my response to the architectural portion of the City of Arlington's Building
Department's review letter dated 11/18/25.
1. The screening wall has been added to the site plan and landscaping plan.
2. The architectural building use is Type 1-1 condition 2.This is considered a health care facility.All other
references to use have been modified to this term.
3. Please see the civil response.
4. The lighting plans are shown on the site plan.
5. Please see the civil response.
6. The fence has been added to the landscape plan detail section on sheet 1-1.1.
7. The drawings have been revised to state Health Care Facility.
8. The bike stalls have been added to SP1.0
9. The EV stalls have been added to SP1.0
10. The shade tree calculations have been added to 1-1.0
11. The Type C landscaping screen has been added to 1-1.0
