COMMENTS:
1. Due to previous geologic instability in this area, the City will not be extending public utilities
past where they are currently constructed (water, sewer and storm). Developer may connect
to City water and sewer utilities at these existing locations and extend services to proposed
residential developments.
2. Water service is available for this project at the east end of water main segment M-5. Please
coordinate with the Arlington City Engineer for water water service line connection, meter
locations, backflow protection, utility easements, on-site water main alignment, and any other
City of Arlington water supply requirements.
3. Sewer service is available for this project at sanitary sewer manhole MH-2010. Please
coordinate with the Arlington City Engineer for specifics pertaining to off-site sewer connection
point, service location, utility easements, required pipe slope, monitoring manhole location (if
needed), pretreatment requirements, and any other City of Arlington sewer requirements.
4. Any wells and septic systems on the development property are to be abandoned per Arlington
Municipal Codes 13.04.140 and 13.08.160 as a condition of service.
5. Water and Sewer system improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with
City of Arlington Design and Construction Standards.
6. Fire flow data is from water model node 2025-J-215 in 207th Ave.
