positioned on the east side of the existing Chevron gas station parking lot. The tent is oriented
lengthwise in a north-to-south direction and is labeled "Farm Stand." The layout allows for
customer access from the parking lot while maintaining safe vehicle circulation throughout the
site.
Customer parking spaces are located directly behind the farm stand tent, providing convenient
access for patrons visiting the stand. The parking area includes multiple marked parking stalls
designated specifically for farm stand customers.
The proposed setup is intended for the seasonal sale of locally harvested fruits and vegetables
and is designed to operate from June 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026. In addition, customers
and staff associated with the farm stand will be permitted access to the existing restroom
facilities located within the gas station convenience store.
