1. AL Provide an updated Fire Inspection Checklist approval.
This is the only item left to submit.Please work with
Hannah Hardwick and Steve Goforth to ensure this gets
completed.
2. AL Provide an updated Certificate of Insurance showing City 4/7/2026
of Arlington as additionally insured.
3. AL Provide proof of a City of Arlington Endorsement on your 4/7/2026
Business License.
4. AL Per AMC 20.16.240 an applicant has 60 days to submit the
requested information. The resubmittal deadline is June 8,
2026.When you are ready to submit,please send all
documents to ced@arlingtonwa.gov for prompt processing.
5. AL Per AMC 20.16.270(d),if the applicant informs the city,in
writing,that the applicant would like to temporarily
suspend the review of the project for more than 60 days,or
if an applicant is nonresponsive for more than 60
consecutive days after the city has notified the applicant,
an additional 30 days may be added to the time periods for
the city to issue a final decision for each type of permit that
is subject to this chapter.
6. AL Any written notice from the city to the applicant that
additional information is required to further process the
application must include a notice that nonresponsiveness
for 60 consecutive days may result in 30 days being added
to the time for review.
