upon change of ownership. Post the permit in a conspicuous place at your business location.
If a change of ownership occurs at this establishment, contact the Snohomish County Health Department (SHD).
New owners must apply for a new permit, including submittal of all required fees g q , prior to beginning operation.
Permit renewal applications are mailed annually to the mailing address you have provided. If your mailing address
