We have revised the plans and technical documents for the above-mentioned project in accordance with
your comment letter dated February 5, 2026. Enclosed are the following documents for your review and
approval:
1. One (1) copy of the revised BSP, prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, LLC., a Division of
Core States Group, dated February 24, 2026.
The following outline provides each of your comments in italics exactly as written, along with a narrative
response describing how each comment was addressed:
Sheet 1:
• Revise to include names having signature authority
• Revise certification to include information related to the survey
Response:The sheet has been revised to include ethe names having signature authority.The

Sheet 2:
• Clarify with supporting information for difference of right of way centerline and subdivision
line. Referenced divergence noted. Provide establishment information for right of way that
clarifies divergence.
• Show any corners or monuments found from prior surveys
Response:The sheet has been revised to include Detail A that provides the requested information. All
monuments are shown, and no property corners were found on-site.

• Symbols and text need to be scaled for clarity
• Label contours
