The proposed project consists of dividing a single existing developed parcel into (3) separate lots. The
proposed subdivision will result in (2) parcels with existing structures (existing hotel, restaurant and office
building), and one parcel with existing parking only. Construction work as part of this project is limited
extending existing water and sewer service to the subdivided parcels, addition of sidewalks for ADA and
pedestrian access and limited re-stripe of the existing parking to comply with ADA requirements.
