Inn&Suites Binding Site Plan-PLN#A25-0141.
Description of Proposal:The applicant is proposing a binding site plan dividing the existing
developed 5,19 acre site into three separate parcels: 1 -hotel and restaurant,2-office building
and 3-parking lot.The existing uses are proposed to remain.Construction activities are limited
to extending existing water and sewer service to the subdivided parcels,addition of sidewalks
for ADA and pedestrian access and limited re-striping of the existing parking area to comply with
ADA requirements.
