Sorry about not getting back to you sooner on this item. I'm including Jen on this should she wish to
reach out directly.
What I can tell you is that new parcel can be served by City services. That being said,until we have
a proposal of what that is, a hotel, a carwash or office space,we won't send out an availability letter.
