Your extension requests for Medallion Inn and Suites which was submitted to the City of Arlington(hereafter
"City") on December 5, 2025, has been reviewed for compliance with Arlington Municipal Code (AMC)
Chapter 20.16. Pursuant to AMC §20.16.270(d) One extension may be granted for up to 60 days by the
requesting authority if it is determined that the time is not adequate given the information requested,
however this may result in an extension to the established time limits for permit processing.
After reviewing the information provided with your request, due diligence has been demonstrated working
with your surveyor and title company to obtain an updated Title Report and Lot Closures, therefore it has
been found that your request meets the requirements stated in AMC §20.16.270(d) and your request for a
30-day extension is approved.As of the date of this letter,the new expiration date for the Medallion Inn and
Suites zoning permit application is January 8,2026.
The Community and Economic Development department shall not issue more than one resubmittal extension,
allowing the applicant a total of 90 days to submit the requested information or revised plans.If the city does
not receive the requested information within the permit extension timeframe,then the project is considered
void.
