PROJECT NARRATIVE
Northwest Restaurants, Inc. proposes to construct a new 2240 sf Taco Bell restaurant at
7755 204th Street NE, in Arlington, WA. The 0.63 acre, vacant parcel is identified as parcel
#00847300000200 in Snohomish County, WA.
The property is zoned General Commercial (GC) within a Mixed Use Overlay.
The site neighbors existing auto parts stores to the east and west and the Lux Apartments
to the north. The site has access frontage to 204th Street NE to the south. The property
is generally flat with no critical areas onsite or in the immediate vicinity.
Per our preapplication meeting with the City of Arlington, the project will require the
following approvals:
1. Zoning Review Permit
2. Design Review Board approval,
3. SEPA review (triggered by earthwork volumes)
4. Site Development Permit
5. Building Permit
