This letter confirms that Tacos La Mas Fregona, a licensed mobile food unit operating in Arlington, WA,
has authorized employee access to restroom facilities located at American Legion Post 76, 115 N
Olympic Avenue, Arlington, WA 98223.
The restroom includes a plumbed toilet and handwashing sink and is available for employee use during
the food truck's hours of operation in order to meet applicable health department requirements.
This agreement does not establish any leasehold interest or change in property use classification and is
limited solely to restroom access for compliance purposes.
