This letter confirms that Evangelina Gutierrez is a current tenant of the above-referenced property. As property owner, I hereby grant permission for the licensed mobile food unit known as Tacos La Mas Fregona to park, operate, and be stored on the property. This authorization includes permission for the mobile food unit to remain parked on the property outside of operating hours. The business shall operate within its proposed business hours and shall comply with all applicable local, county, and state regulations. The designated exterior area shall be maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times. I consent to the use of the small existing shed adjacent to the designated parking area for storage purposes associated with the mobile food operation. This authorization grants exterior use of the property and storage of the mobile food unit and does not constitute a change of land use classification or occupancy.
