This agreement says that Tacos La Ma's Fregona, the food truck,
can operate in the parking space at the sale site located at 137 N
Olympic Ave, Arlington WA 98223 property of Jim Donnelson
starting 2/2912024. This agreement will keep going until one party
ends it with a 30-day written notice. The food truck is permitted to
operate its food service business exclusively on the designated
property during the agreed-upon hours of operation. The food
truck shall keep the designated area clean and free from any litter
or debris resulting from its operation. Tacos La Mas Fregona and
Employees will have access to the restroom with a plumbed
handwashing sink located at the sale site. The rules of this
agreement follow the law of WA, USA.
