The Notice of Hearing Examiner Decision for Lindsay Project 1 was issued today and is
attached.
The 21-day appeal period ends on June 2, 2026. Any Demolition Permits and/or Early
Grading Permits may be issued prior to the appeal deadline. All other permits are
required to wait until after the appeal period ends and no appeals were filed.
