Review Agencies,
The City of Arlington has issued a Notice of Application & Notice of Neighborhood
Meeting, and Modified SEPA Decision for the Lindsay Project#1, Preliminary Major
Subdivision and Conditional Use Permit (PJA#26-0104). The notices are attached, and
the project documents are located on the city's website under 2026 Projects at the
following link: https://www.artingtonwa.gov/310/Public-Notices-Hearings.The
documents provided on the city's website are the initial application documents. The city
will be issuing written review comments to the applicant after full review of the project.
Some of these documents may change pending the review comments.
The city invites affected agencies, tribes, and special districts to review the documents
and provide the city staff contact with any comments by the close of the comment
period as indicated in the Notice of Application.Agency comments are to be submitted
to the city staff contact via email or through the postal service. Regardless of the
method, the city asks that project comments be provided on their respective agency's
formal letterhead. Once received, comments will be made part of the official record on
file with the city.
Comments received (or post-marked, if mailed) outside of the comment period will not
be considered or made part of the record.
Project Comment Deadline: March 3, 2026, at 5:00pm.
