Per AMC 20.16.425, the applicant is required to submit the final plat documents with all required notarized and official signatures to the City for review and signatures within thirty (30) days of the final plat approval.The deadline for this is March 26, 2026. Once the signed plans are received by CED, we will obtain City staff signatures and notify the applicant when the plans are ready to be picked up for recording. 3.
