10. JH Resubmittal Pursuant to AMC 20.16.270(e)(6)—The city shall meet
Meeting with the applicant to attempt to resolve outstanding issues
during the review process. The meeting shall be scheduled
within fourteen(14)days of a second request for
corrections during the permit review.A meeting is
encouraged with the applicant to ensure all required
elements for approval are understood.
11. JH Resubmittal Please make all revisions and resubmit documents and site
plans to cedgarlingtonwa.gov by the 60-day resubmittal
deadline of Tuesday,March 10,2026.
All permit timelines and resubmittals are required to meet
the regulations of AMC Chapter 20.16 Permits and Land
Division Approval.
12. JH FYI Per AMC 20.16.270(d),if the applicant informs the city,in
writing,that the applicant would like to temporarily
suspend the review of the project for more than 60 days,or
if an applicant is nonresponsive for more than 60
consecutive days after the city has notified the applicant,
an additional 30 days may be added to the time periods for
the city to issue a final decision for each type of permit
that is subject to this chapter.
