PERFORMANCE BOND

1) The undersigned: Corstone Contractors LLC_ has the following development project; Jensen 4 :Permit
No.: PWD- 3841: pending with the City of Arlington, Washington. The terms of the City's approval of said project are
incorporated herein by this reference.
2) This bond satisfies the requirement of bonding for the following requirements of the City of Arlington:
BONDED ITEMS.All included infrastructure relating to water,sanitary sewer, and stormwater drainage
systems,any right of way improvements, temporary erosion and sediment control along with any private and
public landscaping.
The undersigned, and Merchants National Bonding, Inc. (Surety), a corporation, organized under the laws of the State of
Iowa and licensed to do business in the State of Washington as surety and named in the current list of "Surety
Companies Acceptable in Federal Bonds" as published in the Federal Register by the Audit Staff Bureau of Accounts, U.S.
Treasury Dept.,are jointly and severally held and firmly bound to the City of Arlington,in the sum of Two Hundred Seventy
Eight Thousand Sixty Nine 961100 in US Dollars ($ 278,069.96 ).Total Bond Amount,subject to the provisions herein.
3) This statutory performance bond shall be released by the City of Arlington if and when the undersigned faithfully
performs all of the obligations described in paragraph (2), and has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City of Arlington
that any and all laborers, mechanics, materialmen, subcontractors assisting in the completion of the requirements above
described have been paid; and if such performance obligations have not been fulfilled, this bond shall remain in force and
effect.The bond shall not be released without written discharge from the City of Arlington.
4) If the undersigned, upon written demand by the City of Arlington and at least 14 days'prior notice, fails to complete
the requirements as set forth in paragraph (2),then the City of Arlington may,in its discretion,withdraw said funds described
in paragraph (2) for the purpose of completing the work above described. Any such action by the City of Arlington shall not
release the undersigned from liability,and the undersigned agrees that it shall remain responsible for all costs incurred by the
City of Arlington in completing the tasks described in paragraph (2), above, less any sums withdrawn pursuant to this
paragraph.
5) The Surety for value received agrees that no change, extension of time, alteration, or addition to the terms of the
Agreement,the specifications accompanying the Agreement,or to the work to be performed under the Agreement shall in any
way affect its obligation on this bond,and waives notice of any change,extension of time,alteration or addition to the terms of
the Agreement or the work performed.The Surety agrees that modifications and changes to the terms and conditions of the
Agreement that increase the total amount to be paid the undersigned shall automatically increase the obligation of the Surety
on this bond and notice to Surety is not required for such increased obligation.
6) This bond may be executed in two (2) original counterparts and shall be signed by the parties'duly authorized officers.
This bond will only be accepted if it is accompanied by a fully executed and original power of attorney from the office executing
on behalf of the surety.
7) This agreement shall be binding on the undersigned and on their successors and assigns.

This Power-of-Attorney is granted and is signed and sealed by facsimile under and by authority of the following By-Laws adopted by the Board of
Directors of Merchants Bonding Company(Mutual)on April 23,2011 and amended August 14, 2015 and April 27,2024 and adopted by the Board of
Directors of Merchants National Bonding, Inc.,on October 16,2015 and amended on April 27,2024.
"The President, Secretary, Treasurer, or any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary or any Vice President shall have power and
authority to appoint Attorneys-in-Fact, and to authorize them to execute on behalf of the Company, and attach the seal of the Company thereto,
bonds and undertakings,recognizances,contracts of indemnity and other writings obligatory in the nature thereof."
"The signature of any authorized officer and the seal of the Company may be affixed by facsimile or electronic transmission to any Power of Attorney
or Certification thereof authorizing the execution and delivery of any bond, undertaking, recognizance, or other suretyship obligations of the
Company,and such signature and seal when so used shall have the same force and effect as though manually fixed."
In connection with obligations in favor of the Florida Department of Transportation only, it is agreed that the power and aut hority hereby given to the
Attorney-in-Fact includes any and all consents for the release of retained percentages and/or final estimates on engineering and construction
contracts required by the State of Florida Department of Transportation. It is fully understood that consenting to the State of Florida Department
of Transportation making payment of the final estimate to the Contractor and/or its assignee, shall not relieve this surety company of any of
its obligations under its bond.
In connection with obligations in favor of the Kentucky Department of Highways only,it is agreed that the power and authority hereby given
to the Attorney-in-Fact cannot be modified or revoked unless prior written personal notice of such intent has been given to the Commissioner-
Department of Highways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky at least thirty(30)days prior to the modification or revocation.
