My client is considering modifying their residence and they are proposing the following scope of work.
Scope of Work:
(Interior Modifications: This project involves interior modifications to bring the home into compliance
with Adult Family Home(AFH)standards. The scope includes modifying existing bathrooms to meet AFH
compliance, converting the existing dining room to office space. Garage Conversion and Exterior
Improvements. The existing garage will be converted into livable space to accommodate two or three
bedrooms, a 112 bathroom, and potentially a storage room if applicable
