I would like to clarify that my operation does not require an external commissary kitchen. My food trailer is fully self contained and serves as its own commissary, with all food preparation, storage, cleaning, and sanitation taking place within the licensed mobile unit. My trailer is fully approved by the Snohomish County Health Department, and all required food handling, sanitation, and operational processes are conducted inside the unit in compliance with their standards. Also I will send the agreement letter from Amazon once I receive it. Thank you, and I look forward to moving forward with the approval process.
