Mobile Food Vendor: Amazon Arlington
Brat Bros LLC is submitting this narrative in support of a Conditional Use Permit to operate as
a mobile food vendor at the Amazon facility located at 4620 172nd St NE, Arlington, WA
98223. The food trailer will provide temporary, on site meal service during approved lunch
hours as part of Amazon's rotating vendor program.
The operation will be fully self contained. All food preparation, cooking, and storage occur
within the licensed Brat Bros mobile food trailer,which is equipped to meet Snohomish
County Health District requirements. No permanent structures, utility hookups, or
modifications to the site are proposed. Wastewater, grease, and solid waste will be properly
contained and removed from the site after each service period in accordance with health and
safety regulations.
The trailer will arrive and depart within the scheduled time frames provided by Amazon.
Parking will only occur in areas designated by Amazon staff to ensure safe circulation for
employees and delivery vehicles. All operations will prioritize safety, cleanliness, and minimal
impact on site activities.
Brat Bros LLC aims to offer convenient and efficient meal service that meets the needs of
Amazon employees while maintaining full compliance with all applicable city, county, and
health regulations. This narrative supports the permit request under Mobile Sales and
Deliveries for temporary food truck operations at the Amazon Arlington location.
