Approved sidewalk shall be screened from the sidewalk by one of these two methods: 2.4.3.1(a)Provide a screen wall at least 2-1/2 feet high,of durable and attractive materials.Incorporate a continuous trellis of grillwork with climbing plants. 2.4.3.1(b)Provide an opaque landscaped perimeter bed or hedge at least 2-1/2 feet high,as shown. In addition to frontage screening,heavier screening is required due to the location of the parking lot. Please show on plans how this is met. 12. AL FYI Any written notice from the city to the applicant that additional information is required to further process the application must include a notice that nonresponsiveness for 60 consecutive days may result in 30 days being added to the time for review.
