PACE Engineers, Inc. has completed the first review of the Northsound Logistics Boundary Line
Adjustment (BLA) drawing provided by Barghausen Consulting Engineers and have determined that
no additional information is required to be in compliance with Chapter(s) 58.17 RCW, 58.09 RCW,
Chapter 332-130-050 WAC and AMC 20.16.344- (Boundary Line Adjustments)Approval Process,
however, information was received from Snohomish County Public Works for the road
establishment. While this information was considered in my review, it seemed to not affect the
intent of removing the existing lot lines under this permit as submitted.

Once the above comment has been considered and changes are made, another review may be
performed to verify the Boundary Line Adjustment is in compliance with the minimum standards
